From your email to your dining room on screen, in three steps.
No sales presentation. We work with your tables, your opening hours and your busiest night.

The name of your restaurant, how many covers, and what's holding you back today. That's all.

We call you back briefly
Ten minutes to hear how you take reservations today, and to pick a moment that suits you outside service.

A demo with your dining room in it
Online or at your place, anywhere in Belgium. Your tables are already in the floor plan when we start, so you see what really changes.

Avintas is built in Bruges. From there we serve restaurants in Flanders, Brussels and Wallonia, in Dutch, French and English. For a demo we come to you, or we do it online.

What people ask us first.
How do I request a demo?
Email support@avintas.be with "demo" as the subject, or use the form above and pick "Demo". We call back within one working day to set a time.
How long does it take to get started?
Fifteen minutes. Draw your tables, set opening hours, paste the widget on your site. The first reservations can come in tonight.
Do I pay commission per guest?
No. One fixed amount per month, from €49. Your guests stay your guests.
Does the AI host work in French too?
Yes, in Dutch, French and English. Your guests write in their language, you read everything in yours.
Do you also visit outside West Flanders?
Yes. Our office is in Bruges, but we visit anywhere in Belgium. If your restaurant is far away, we do the demo online, with your floor plan in it.
Can I bring my existing reservations?
Yes. We import your guest list and upcoming reservations from an export of your current system, or from a spreadsheet.
